My Father Found Christ
Last January, my father died of lung cancer. He often listened to ERF radio broadcasts in the hospital. Some sermons touched him deeply and he said that he had met with “this Jesus” several times. Over many years the Christian faith wasn’t talked about in my family, but about three weeks before my father died, he explained that he got onto the train because he now understands. He had made an agreement with Jesus. The programs on ERF with sermons and music helped him, a liberal Protestant and free thinker, to find Christ in his last stage of life.
