I Will See Her Again

ukr.MM_12A Letter from Ukraine

Today I had a chance to get acquainted with a Roma woman. I tried to tell her about God, but somehow it did not turn out very well. In talking to her, I was trying to ask the Father “Lord, what are you trying to tell me through this incident? Why have I met this woman?” I continued to talk with her, asking her about her name and other things. I also asked her if she would like to listen to some Roma songs and Christian programs for Roma people. She agreed to that, and shared with me that she has a DVD player at home and would not be against listening to or watching something. I told her that there are many Roma people that already believe in the living God and have become Christians. She was very surprised. We parted in good spirits.

Thirst and Hunger for the Word

6331206547_e30b4778e4_oFrom an imprisoned listener in Kazakhstan

My heart was experiencing a thirst and hunger for the Word of God. Then I found your radio programs. I began listening intently to your programs in September and am trying to get into the Holy Scriptures. It is difficult to read the Russian Bible. Therefore, I ask you to please send me the Holy Scriptures in my language. Please do not deny my request. You are doing a great work. I am repenting for the things I did in my past. I rarely read the Bible, but listen to your programs regularly. Only two people are listening to the programs in our cell. I began listening and someone else joined me recently. I am so glad that you responded to my letter. Now I know that my letters get to you.

Your Radio Station Speaks to Me

1166915_36272659A listener e-mail:

Dear staff of TWR,

I praise God for you! I found that listening to internet radio is very edifying for me. I like to listen even when I am working so I am able to do two things at the same time. I have found that your radio station speaks to me more than other radio stations that I’ve listened to. There is professionalism in what you are doing. You are tactful, the speakers have wonderful diction, there is a nice music accompaniment, no pressure for listeners, and most of all I can feel God’s anointment on your staff. Several times when I’ve listened to you I’ve praised God for using you to change people’s hearts to guide them to the Lord Jesus Christ. May your needs be bountifully met by Him and your hearts be even closer to the Lord Jesus. May you be blessed.

A Serbian truck driver sent us an SMS from Estonia: “Greetings from Estonia. I am driving a truck and I would just like to tell you that I still can hear the Serbian ‘Thru the Bible’ series even though the signal is not the best. Anyway, I am glad that I am able to listen to what I miss on the Internet when I come home.”

Serbian broadcasts can usually be heard in the South Eastern European region up to the border of Poland and Hungary.
