"I feel like I'm amidst sisters though alone in my room"

20 July 2012 - Albania is one of the poorest nations in Europe outside of the former Soviet Union. Amidst stubbornly high unemployment rates and government corruption, the ministries of Project Hannah are changing the lives of women all over Albania. May these testimonies encourage you!

Nertila 24 years old, from Elbasan

I listen to your radio station all day long since I do manual work, and it is a pleasure to listen to the radio in the background. I cannot tell you how much I am blessed. The messages I hear are a great encouragement; the programs for women are so great.

The most heart-lifting aspect is the prayer calendar of Project Hannah. Praying is a great way to start the day. I am encouraged to pray for my family and my needs as well after I pray for the needs of other women with the prayer coordinator.

Vezuela  22 years old, from Lushnja

I study and work in Elbasan, but every weekend I go back to my family in Lushnje. The Women of Hope program has helped me so much during my stay at the university dormitory.

I remember the very helpful advice I received regarding good hygiene and the various infections in our body. I thought I knew everything about these kinds of things, but every time I listen to Women of Hope, I find something new.

Greta Nuka 26 years old, from Peqin

I listen to Women of Hope as soon as I open my eyes in the morning. I can feel the warmth and the love those voices transmit, and it is a pleasure to listen to them. I feel like I’m amidst sisters, even though I might be alone in my room. They are a great encouragement to my heart.
