More than 50 PH Groups in Finland

914913_95016626Project Hannah (PH) in Finland is part of the worldwide Project Hannah network. Its pillars are prayer, women’s radio programs and raising awareness particularly about the suffering women. Sanansaattajat has included Project Hannah as one of its ministries since the year 2000. There are now more than 50 PH groups around Finland.

The popularity of Project Hannah is largely based on the fact that it’s something that a person can carry with her – or him – in everyday life, says Ms. Anne Isokuortti. PH is a ministry that one does not necessarily have to go somewhere to do. We can pray always and everywhere. Also Hannah-Manna can be listened to pretty much everywhere. Hannah-Manna Podcast Ministry

dreamstimefree_506325_MiloguHannah-Manna podcast opens the windows into the women’s lives. The newest area of expansion in Sanansaattajat’s Project Hannah (PH) ministry is podcasting. The first Hannah-Manna podcast came out in the beginning of February. These podcasts are 2-3 minutes in duration, produced twice a month, and can be listened to on the computer, mobile phone or an mp3-player. 

Hannah-Manna offers a small peek into the life of a sister far away, and includes a "spiritual snack", says Ms. Merja Kauppinen, editor of Hannah-Manna. What connects Hannah and manna is the trust in God. Hannah in the Old Testament was given a son, and manna was available every day to those traveling through the desert.
