She had never planned to work in missions. She was pursuing a position in a secular company using her degree in International Human Resources Management when God made it clear that He had a different plan for her.

Today, Heike serves in TWR Europe’s Human Resources department and passionately seeks to help people reach their fullest God-given potential.

Heike is one of many “drop stories” in TWR. One single drop is joined by others and develops from a rill to a little stream into a lake of refreshing water that serves those who are spiritually thirsty. The single drop makes the difference. It matters. You matter!
